NSC is managed and owned by two key individuals with formidable track records in the medical field. Debbie Downey, RRT, RPSGT, President and C.E.O of NSC brings over 22 years of professional experience (12 years in sleep medicine). Ms. Downey previously served as President/Owner of Austin Respiratory Care, VP of Operations for Care Medical, and Quality Improvement Director of Sleep Services for Lynay Healthcare. A proven innovator in Ancillary Medical Services, Debra is recognized for her commitment to excellence.

Mr. John D. Largent, Vice President and Director of Business Development, brings a broad spectrum of healthcare experience to his current position. Prior to NSC, he served as National Accounts Manager within the Healthcare division of Frost & Sullivan, an international market research and consulting firm based in San Jose, California. He also served as Assistant Administrator/COO/Director of Business Development for a HEALTHSOUTH Rehabilitation Hospital. John is a licensed Respiratory Therapist and has served as a board member of the Alamo District of the American Association for Respiratory Care and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
